Built in 1911 as a private residence, this replica of a Japanese palace has one of the most spectacular views in the city and a perfect place to watch a Hollywood sunset. Gardens include 600-year-old pagoda and authentic teahouse open to visitors during the day. Scenes from Marlon Brando’s Sayonara were filmed here.
